Anybody asked for a refund because its ridiculously way too long? I mean something is not right here. Ive gotten stuff from Taiwan I ordered a week ago.

 

call and ask to speak with Mark..he will give you a free shirt or something for the time wasted...
they always answer for me ..or will call me right back and leave a message

Im just gettin antsy. Just laid off and I got time to just stare at the front door. Usually eveything is **** with HAI but the cage is unreal.

hai has to order the cage from Ian at sick if its a sick cage and its not in stock at the hai bikeshop for that bike...so ian usually may take a week to get ti to them after having powdercoated it an all

im sure it will come..and im antsy now for my billet stator cover comming from Hai and my OMR coming from Good Old Roger


and bro I'm sure it will be there..and just call and tell mark its been unreal and I'm sure he will offer to give you a shirt and some hai sticker or what not for the wait(btw get a black shirt cuz you wont keep the white one clean)

he will also give you a tracking number if you have time to hold and or call him right back

 

I ordered Tag risers that were on backorder but did not know, an just by email Mark refunded my $. HAI is I order from there any chance I get

what happened was after tice left everything were good but now not anymore..that sucks and would love to see keep their service good same as after he left but apparently not.l

If it was a cage, then it will take a few weeks for sure. Mark has never refused a refund, he's a real straight up guy for sure. Feel free to call him and he will make it ok! And did you find a powder coater?

 

Yeah I got the rims done yesterday!!!!! I guess ill just try to be a little more patient for Mark.
