Re: Build my bike

what about the hohey full package, instead of the duel caliper then the 16x18 brembo. plus the full package comes with break line.

Re: Build my bike

you dont need a cage or anything to learn just a bike. im assuming you have back brake control. if not get a 50 then take it to the big bike

don't need a cage ??? good plan he tries to do his fist wheelie from a dead stop loops it over smashes his tail and a stator breaks a clipon -$300 now he has $1700 for mods i think i would take the 300 and put it towards an cage . but thats just me

have you seen alot of the new kids coming up half of them don't even need a foot brake on the bike they do everything with the handbrake (not the right way to ride imo but thats how they are learning) and even if you have foot brake control **** can go wrong so i still say buy a cage

Re: Build my bike

this is what i would do and the order i'd do em in

do the clean air and idle mods fosho 1st thing

sick innovations cage $230 w/sliders

sick innovations roundbar or flatbar whichever you prefer $100

hohey 4piston dual caliper handbreak setup complete with bracket and line $249.00

buy any 06-09 radial master cylinder from a yamaha R1 or Kawasaki 636 on ebay for $65-$100 for your hb master

hohey rearsets ( i wouldnt be scared to ride seat standers down the railroad tracks and wreck with these things) $185

omr subcage $185

sick innovations tailsaver or have someone make 1 for ya $100

i ride friends bikes without cages or anything. ive never looped since i got brake control on my 50. and ive ridden just about everything. i would take my bike out without a cage just wouldnt try new stuff. i would even circle without a cage. just no combos. i learned back brake without a cage so
