wuts the fastest tank slapper anybody has had?...just wondering cuz i had one today at 130 and thought i wuz dead... scariest **** ever... took a curve that i had never taken before and the curve had a bridge in it half way through it and it wuz rough as **** and the front tire wuz sqwallin and smokin before i knew wut had happend... luckily it straightened out... anybody know wut to do in a situation where ur goin that fast??.... oh yea and wuts the best stabalizer out there?? haha

 

Got one at 120ish on my 954.. Scared the crap outta me.

 

wouldn't that have been a lot easier to type if you had used normal english instead of talkin lyk diz?

I had an 01 r6 with a crack in the frame that I didnt find till later on...
120 mph shifted and front end popped up and came down into a slapper, wheel was straight when I came down and everything..

I watched a friend come down out of a wheelie that he had ridden on the freeway for a couple of miles, he was trying to make a turn that was too sharp at a 100 and when he landed the wheelie it slapped so bad his rear hopped over a lane and he kept it up still..

Back when I was still a super squid (since I'm just now to standard squid status) I set a staggered whoolie down at about 80mph and got monster headshake. My left foot slipped off the rear peg and I slammed it into my front peg (solid mount, ouch!). I crossed lanes trying to save it, but thankfully I wasn't squidly enough to be trying em in traffic. The guys behind me said that my back tire lifted off the ground and shifted over about 6in. Somehow, I managed to recover, but I took it pretty easy the rest of the day.

 

had a tank slapper at 90mph on my old racebike and it threw me off and across the grass

 

i had head shake in my astro van today, threw me in the passenger seat!

 

i had one last week , just a second gear at 60 65 but i was rolin it out just about to start a turn and the wind gusted , kickin me sideways set it down started slappin on me popped it rightt back up lol just to stop it

if your still wonderin what 2 do ..... hit the gas harder ... thats the only way 2 straighten it out... never hit the break

i did at 117ish doin a stand up put it down straight to laid it down and lost all the skin on my feet (shoes flew off) my back and my knees all was gone bike was fucked so now its my stunter lol turned out the front wheel was way over tightened by the people that put on my new front tire that same week. LOTS of rash check it out

so how do you stop it......clutch or gas

 

pretty much its luck to stop one. i tried to stop mine. I tried clutching it back up gassing on it and braking nothing worked. just ate pavement
