I need to fit a 954 rim to a rc51 front end. Has anyone done it?? What bearings/machining was done?? I cant get hold of a rc51 rim, so thats outta the question. So much messing around trying to get it to fit

It wont fit. You have to get the rc51 rim

 

I got it to fit. Bit of a mission. RC51 bearings and spacers. 30x47x6 seals (2mm thinner than standard) RC51 axle. I had to take the larger spacer down 1mm to get the wheel perfectly centered. But it works!! Sorry bout all the metric bullshit!!

 

take it to full throttle inc ..problem solved.
