I see that some people are going with Vinyl over paint...

anyone rocking vinyl and what do you think about them?

any pics?

i would like to see up close on what it may look like...

 

if I knew a place that was cheaper i would have done vinyl

 

i just posted pics of mine in the gsxr pics part its viynl over paint i was gonna go just vinyl but they saididwouldnt lastlong and were gnna chargeme 1000$ so i spray bombed it and got the viynl done for 300 and came out of itwith 660$ worthof leftover stickers on topofwhat on the bike!

 

If you run vinyl on top of paint you can get 2 year and 4 year vinyl if i remember correct. If you shoot clear coat over them they will last hella longer cause you will have a clear coat protecting them.... but if you ever wanna change up your bike style you have to repaint the whole bike versus doing it over the top and you can just peel and relay. my avatar is a picture of my bike. it's painted black gloss with honda civic laserjet red and has graphic designs on them. The guy to talk to about vinyls on stunt life is smokey6. He has a website and his prices are pretty cheap compared to most. i wanna say it's something like domintatingdesigns or something try googling it.

But like i said ifyou shoot clear coat over those the vinyls will last as long as the clear coat does plus some.

you'll like it. i think i payed like 250 for my whole kit.... i laid my own minus the big stuff... if your having issues doing it yourself take it to like a window tint place... it's alot alike.
