I have 600rr 04 and engine ****...up , will 600rr 05 engine fit in 04 frame and what else should i change ?? TNX a lot

 

yes but use the 04 throttle bodies and air box.

use everything for the 04 motor on the 05. should work fine.

ive changed motors in a 04600rr about 5 times, first with a 06 motor then that blew so put anther 06 motor in then switched back to a good condtion 04 motor and about to put a 06 motor back in. the only thing that was differant was some sensors on the 04 motor but u can just swap them out to the new 06 motor. 04 exhaust will bolt on but use everything headers and pipe. I really hate working on those bikes.

lets do it but go to be careful. i kinda tweaked that powers cage. i may have to get SI cage for it or something. getting tired of busting my shins. ooh and no need to change sensors on the 06 motor cause the 04 already had them so its just bolt in and go.

why why why which engine is better for stunt 03 or 05

 

everyone says the 05-06rr motor runs smotther on idle and has more power.

 

i hope that i will not have same problem with new motor

did u over heat the motor? just a thought. but u will like the 05 motor.

 

All the people that blow up newer bikes, I wonder if its a oil pressure issue (not watching pressure cause of no gauges?) or if its the fact they don't change the oil often enough?

I just wonder cause it seems like the better riders, blow up more motors (the pro's..)
But then again, I'm sure the pro's are worried about blowing them up.. They just ride it tell it blows, and buy another and continue on

 

nope it didnt overheated, i think that problem is in oil starvation

 

fill the oil to the top of the site glass. i fill mine a lil above that but thats just me.

 

what did you do that it didnt get any oil??
