Has any one els noticed a big decrees in the customer service and a increasing shipping time? My friend ordered a gas cap and easy pull and its been 2 weeks and has not gotten anything he calls and leaves emails and gets no response.

 

sounds like 905... Im sure they are a great company 99% of the time, but I unfortunately fell in the 1% line

 

Ive ordered a number of things from there over winter for my rebuild and never a problem....my db risers were on backorder I emailed and they told me they were so I said cancel the order and give me a refund and he did the same day

 

they are closing their shop and being strictly online i heard. probably just busy with other ****

shop is already closed...and im pretty sure tice isnt woirking there anymore so someone new probly doing all the orders and is just learning.....

 

ive been hearing more and more people have been having problems with them lately.it sucks to cause iv had such great service with them in the past and swear buy them. now another weekend is come and he still does not have his parts and it makes me look bad. but he cant even get ahold of them to get his money back

 

I heard they havent been paying their bills on their accounts and thats why no one is getting their ****.... kinda like a ponzi scheme... they wait for the next person to give them money to pay for the previous guys order.

 

i was about to place an order with them........glad i read this first

 

i ordered a chain sproket and clamps from them last week got only my sproket this week and my friend ordered some stuff from them during this week and got his chain and one of the sprokets today that pisses me off want my **** powder coated the frame and swingarm now im waiting on some bullshit parts

 

Ya my buddy is having the same problem we just painted is tank and his stock gas cap leaks so he does not want to ride it till he gets his new cap. So stupid little things and he cant ride

I was thinkin the same thing,I was bitchin to people at work and at home about how I can't get ahold of anyone and it takin to long for my parts,I dont wanna knock HAI,but seems like they are taking a turn in the wrong direction,once you get a good rep you should try to uphold it,not take advantage of it.who knows maybe there are some internal probs that knowbody knows about,I still believe HAI is a good company,and will decide if I will stay a customer of theirs when order more **** and we'll how that order goes.

 

they must not go out in order they were received like i said my friend ordered the same chain a week after i did and he got his before me

 

I ordered a cage and i was sent the wrong year cage. Now he won't awnser my emails to refund me. I went and ordered from someone else. I always had good luck with them before. Not good.....

there are a millon possabilities. i just go to marks house when i need something. thats what is nice about living here. maybe we get all your **** you guys order

 

it been 2 months and i order a e-z pull and a jersey called them yesterday and he said he would call me back but never did so i dunno
