Gearing for 05-06 636

Im about to get a chain and sprocket kit for my 05 636 and just curious what other people are using for this bike. I just got it and im waiting on my FI cage just need subcage now. OMR im in the market.

i put a 55 on the back of mine but only rode it once before I sent it out for paint, I might go down to 50t for street purposes

Alot of guys locally are running -1 in the front and then 60T in the rear for more street/lot ridden bikes; The guys who do strictly lot riding are running 64T or 68T rears.

I get mine from Phil at Moto-Heaven, Ian at Sick Innovations, or from Sprocket Specialists. I am a dealer for all of them. You can go direct to them or get them from myself, HAI, or ESAD too.

Anyone know how to get the front sprocket bolt off???

What way does it spin??

I tried a sortment of things.. long bars... heated the thing... and tried turning it both ways... is this a common occurance with the kawi's or something????

thats retarded........05-06 are powerhouse torque machines man

i put a 54 and im regreting it, no need to go that big, the bikes are almost good to go

ive never changed the front cause its always a pain in the ***, i just go up rear.............**** it

Ya I only wanting to change it cause its half worn... but I ended up leaving it "welded" on and just put a 48 rear.. and the front is 14... which is 1 down and 8 up i think...

Is stock 15- 40 ?????
