Re: Road rash!!!!!!!

you could try bacatracin, but they are almost the same. main thing is just keep it clean and covered until its mostly healed. that advice came from an LPN. hope it helps

Re: Road rash!!!!!!!

clean it out good, keep it clean an bandaged (use bacatracin or neosporin) some people have an allergic reaction to the neosporin. Change your bandages frequently and thats about it. Road rash sucks, i just acquired some rash on sunday

Re: Road rash!!!!!!!

I know htis is obvious, but keep it moist and clean!

Clean it 2 times a day, and don't let it dry out..

I just neosporin type **** on mine, and let it stay moist for at least a week

ouch.

i never put anything on it cuz im alergic to neosporin. makes me break out in a crazy rash. i just keep it clean. i poured hydrogen peroxide on a deep one on my elbow once. turns out your not supposed to do that. hurt like a ************ and hydrogen peroxide is not supposed to hurt. read the lable and it says in big letters, "do not use on deep cuts or wounds"
