Re: FI subframe

Shouldnt you ask if its worth the cash before buying it?

SI makes some good ****, so you shouldnt have anything to worry about. Since its a subframe it should be pretty simple to install.

Do they pre drill holes for a si roundbar?

Re: FI subframe

The SI subframe is very nice; You could have also looked at an A-Town Customs one too since he offers a R6 subframe. The stock R6 subframes are very weak so when you hit the tail on the ground when scraping or if you drop it hard on the tail it will snap/break. These aftermarket subframes from SI and ATown are much beefier and will handle the stunt abuse you throw at them. Installation is pretty straightforward generally as long as you have basic mechanical skills. It's definitely worth it for the R6 if you plan on stunting it hard.

+1 I LOVE MY ATOWN SUBFRAME AND BAR!

I would for sure go with the ATOWN CUSTOMS, theres 3 company's to choose from BUT ATOWN'S IS SICK, I BELIEVE CHEAPER, AND DEFINITELY THE BEST BAR! YOU BARELY HAVE TO TRIM YOUR UNDER TAIL TO GET THE 12 BAR TO FIT WITH YOUR TAILLIGHT!

And I would recommend the ATOWN CUSTOMS 12/round bar to anyone no matter what subframe they are already running!

The C4 bar looks similar BUT you have to cut your tail and it doesn't look as clean!
