hey so i got the hohey setup for my bike and was just wondering if i can use a stock resivour with my magura master?

 

you could used a mountain dew bottle if you wanted to.

im not completely sure, but I think all reservoirs front and back on most bikes fit eachother (the hoses are same size)

 

 

u cant use a mnt dew bottle u have to use a strawberry fanta bottle duh everyone knows that

 

personaly i prefer to use a coke bottle, but after hearing about this strawberry fanta i think i might be switching





on a serisous note, a brembo, magura or whatever (any standard master), there all pretty much the same. you can use your stock resivor. some rear resivors are smaller than the front some ones. but any resivor should work fine. what really matter is that you get all the air out of you line and bleed it properly.

yes you can use any reservoirs as well as soda bottles, cans and cups

 

havent mounted it yet but it looks to be a rear i thik i asked them if they made a 4 piston one but i believe the answer was no

 

magura resivors and masters have a smaller inlet and outlet u can use a stock but u have to hose clamp it to resivor and also to the master inlets and outlets

 

Yep, magura and brembo masters have 6mm inlets and nissin have 8mm inlets.

 

yeah, i don't recommend that. i did that and no matter how tight i got the hose clamp it still leaked

 

i saw on here a guy just had the clear lines with fliud in it acting as a resivipur will that work? if not where can i get a magura resiviour?

 

i an running a stock res to my hb do a 6mm hose under a 8mm if u wanna run stock res. it works (cut a piece of 6mm about 1/2 inch long and put on hb inlet

 

then put the 8mm over it i assume?
