I was trying to order them from HAI but somehow they don't ship parts to my country

did you ask for shipping to Croatia or is this what the online order form told you?
Usually he ships to everywhere in europe....

online order told me that, I tried to contact them over E-mail, but no answer!
that's the reason why I did not order some parts from them!

i think HAI is the only one that carries MOOSE. you could try msr, its similar.
