clutch cable to short?

I put pro taper bars on my 04 6r but now my clutch cable is to short. is the anyone who makes a longer one or will one work off another bike?
everything else lines up except the clutch cable.

Re: clutch cable to short?

I haven't personally put mx bars on a r6

but did you try re-routing the clutch cable?

On my f4i I go straight from the clutch, up the outside of the frame, THROUGH the handlebars (through the cross bar on max bars) to the clutch

Re: clutch cable to short?

email or call motionpro. custom cables. takes about a week to make and a week to ship ground. tell them what you got and how much longer you need it. they can also tell you how to measure it.
