Tony L. You were right I was wrong
Tony L. You were right I was wrong
The event I referenced was not the fault of avenue or promoter and not a short practice issue. a weather issue. and you're absolutely correct, the venue doesn't control the weather. the AMA does.
Some of the racers talk faster than I do, and we talked about so many crashes and events I was unable to keep up.
I wanted to apologise in the open because I made the mistake in the open. and that's a pretty big mistake to make. The crashes we discussed which were the fault of people not listening were upsetting to me. I'm glad to know the big US venues aren't a part of that, they were crammed into the discussion sideways and I am sorry for momentarily believing large venues were dumping guys out in the rain with no practice.
that would be awful. it's bad enough some of the smaller venues and foreign venues can be so dicey.
I didn't want to get into a pissing match, the reason I have an MX guy in the first place is because it's impossible for me to learn all the disciplines and marketing formula, and every other thing. It's easy for me to make mistakes right now because I'm still in a research phase and don't know what I'm doing yet.
Hopefully people can be patient and I'll will be mroe careful to have my facts straight instead of being all passion and incorrect information.

Being quick to take offense is not a quality, and thank you ******** for helping me work on that, I hope you all fall down the stairs.
Being quick to offend strikes me as being just as bad, so don't get all conceited. you're not perfect either. you make me angry all the time

Oh and this was the right thing to do. In the years to come, we'll see the people who watch who they offend will get ahead faster.
I'm trying to be one of those people. my average is not stellar.

Re: Tony L. You were right I was wrong
I said Ryan Villipoto crashed out at Anaheim due to bad communication in a thread I wouldn't pollute with this. Turns out, it was another event I don't even care about, and another rider. Tony corrected me, but I thought I was right, because I knew the guy I was talking to wasn't lying. He wasn't. I was wrong about what I heard.
It was just late into an information heavy conversation, and I fucked up. Reminds me to double check my facts before saying I know something.

Re: Tony L. You were right I was wrong
Nobody probably, but if you say something that could damage a company's reputation, and find out you're wrong, the right thing to do is to retract what you've said. as I have done here.

Re: Tony L. You were right I was wrong
No. You're missing the point and making this about arrogance.
try going the other way with it.
I think they're important enough that I should watch what I say about them. retard.
