IM TRYING TO GET A LITTLE FEED BACK AND OPINIONS ON THE NEW R6'S. NOT THE NOW R6-S BUT THE OTHER ONES.I CAN GET A CHEAP RACE BIKE OUT MY WAY. I KNOW EVERYONE WILL SAY GET A 636 "I HAVE ONE" OR A F4I . "HAD ONE" . LOVE THEM BOTH BUT I WANT TO GO A DIFFERENT ROUTE THIS YEAR AND RIDE ONE OF THESE THIS YEAR. I KNOW THE SUBFRAMES WILL BE ***** BUT OTHER THAN THAT HOW DO THEY HOLD IDLE-DO THEY HAVE ANY BOTTOM END ONCE GEARED?RELIABLE? ANY KNOWN WEAK POINTS "BESIDES THE SUBFRAMES"ANY INFO OR ANY FIRST HAND OPINIONS WOULD BE MUCH APPRECIATED.

 

my boy has an 08 and its been down hard PLENTY including two lowsides at about 30mph each, but besides small cosmetic **** its yet to give us any big problems at all, he doesnt stunt it much so i cant say much about that but its definitely a bike that can take a beating

the r6 race model you mean. theres a few guys stnting them but you gotta do some retarded mod just to put an idle cable in cuz they got that fly by wire throttle. u should try out the r6s its a pretty sweet bike if u set it up right.

It's a hot track bike. No low-down power.

I could 2nd gear wheelie my buddies all day long. I wouldn't recommend one for stunting at all though.
