What if you rounded the ends of the bar, if possible. I have seen some bars where you could and some where you couldn't, just an idea but I'm no where near 12 o'clock yet so no need to listen but this is what it looks like in my mind....

Even if you just rounded the corners and left the main part flat? Yeah I guess your right, I knew there would be a flaw..... oh well no loss.
