Bar end sliders in SI Cage

Anyone else use 10 dollar bar end sliders in their SI cages? They fit perfect and cheap.

theyre aftermarket bar ends im not sure what theyre made for but i bought some at cycle gear to put into my vortex clip ons that i had. they were a bit too big for the clip ons so i milled em down about 1mm.

the aftermarket ones from cycle gear might. i believe stock bar ends for most bikes are gonna be bigger than the cage diameter

Re: Bar end sliders in SI Cage

They're made by Trackside and I got them at Cycle Gear for 11.99. They had a bunch for 9.99 but they were'nt black.

At first they slid into the cage and were real loose so I was like, ****. Took them out snugged up the bolt on the barend so the rubber grommet got squished a bit, slid it back in the cage then tightened down some more and its solid-wont even budge.

Got to be 100 times better then the stock sliders that come with the cage.

The stock ones are ****!!! every single time ive seen a bike go down with the stock sliders, the damn things broke off...Every time!
