yo my 2cent, in the future if ur buyin somethin over sl get first find out if they have an ebay account and some feedback ask em to post it on there and set up the auction so u can just buy it now soon as he posts it.. if they got an objection to that id say **** em..

well if they have been on stuntlife for years and have sold a bunch of parts with no complaints thats a good sign

 

Did u use paypal, cause if u did all u have to do is tell them he never shipped you anything and kept ur money, they will give you the money back and they will go after him and send him to collections.

 

thats what i'm waiting on now but they can only take the cash out of his paypal account. sucks

I would keep calling and bugging paypal, cause i sold a powercommander to a guy in germany, {BTW will never sell anything out of the states again} anyways he gave me the wrong address cause comunication with him was kind of hard "i didnt read in german, ****", so i shipped it out, package was gone for like a month and then all of a sudden it showed back up out my door, ****. So i got the wright address finally and sent it to him again but he had already bitched to paypal and paypal took me to collections. so i had to pay paypal the money he pad me and the guy got the package finally and never sent it back to me. so i got double fucked.

Exactly! I do the same thing...however, you still cant trust anyone...But if they have had a good reputaion for selling on this board, I am more inclined to buy from that person here.

Luckily I have had only good dealings with people from this site so far.

I learned that lesson the hard way too so then I stopped selling everywhere but canada,and the last 2 ******* canadians gave me bad feedback for slow shipping, when 1 guy got his **** in 7 days and the other guy 8 days,bastards
