Anyone here own or work at HAI? I can't get a hold of anyone, email or by phone. I called the number off the site and it's only an information line that they moved to a new location. Are they temporary closed or something?

No big deal or anything, I just wanted to order some stuff and if I knew I can't from them, then I will order else where.

 

man i odered some thing from there and have'nt recieved them yet...maybe it will come toady

all the other things i've ordered from them came quickly... must be slow because its the holiday times

A lot of things on there site like gearing is special order..

 

there open at the new shop!! they have been for like 4 months.

you just have to call during their business hours and there wont be a recording there open from something like 10 am to 8 pm tuesday thru saturday thats eastern standard time so if your really in nova scotia im pretty sure there is a fairly large time difference so find out what est to nova scotia time is and call around 2 est and they will be there

 

trust me. I have had my fair share of problems with various companies but HAI is not one of them. Trust me they must be busy or out of the office. They do business right. Awesome customer service and quick delivery. Try em again. I am sure someone will be there to take care of you.

OK they finally emailed me back, they been busy filming. Anyway, I replied back about putting my order in and it gets returned " orders@haibikeshop.com
mailbox is full: retry timeout exceeded"

So I'm fucked, does anyone here have a number so I can call them again, not the one on their site that is only a information line. One that I can actually talk to someone

holy thread jack bat man.......ruthless!!!! start your own thread next time dude..............show a lil etiquette and do your own marketing in your own thread and own time............
