I got a 07 gsxr 600, and I know the subframes are ****, getting ready to put a 12 bar on and figured I'd see what some people are doing to strengthen them. Probably gonna take it to a welding shop down the road and have him fill it in and brace it I guess...

Thanks, I've been coming close to touching the tail a few times and want a bar to save it but not tweak or break sub. You live and learn.

That thing hold up pretty good. Looks like it would help out alot.

 

SURE DID...i weight 250 lbs and gorilla scraped alot...that bar was flattened out after awhile and the subfrmae never budged...if ur on a budget, some diamond plate stock and rivets is all u need...works well
