How does that help? Part numbers dont have to be the same for parts to fit other bikes....

Just had a quick look, and Im gonna say no, its not gonna fit without some work....

The 07/08 has a bigger fan and its in the middle, and looks like it wont clear the headers on the 05/06....And also the 07/08 does not have a port on the right side for the oil cooler like the 03/04 and 05/06....So there is no port for you to attach your oil cooler to the 07/08 rad...

theres some different hookups, but use your brain and you can make it work just fine, ive had six radiators on my 05 636, anyone who sayes it wont work is a tool. Ive had a 05 636 rad, a 01gsxr600 rad, a honda f3 rad, a 2003 636rad, 08 zx-6r rad, and an 05 r6rad. people love to tell you you cant do things, tell them all to shut the F#ck up and make it work. and im putting a sv650 radiator on tonight.

im gonna say he cant make it work, the other day at the spot he tells me he wants a fancy brake master that makes the clicking sound there the good ones, i tell him that the clicking sound is the brake light switch.

For anyone wondering.....

05/06 rad will fit on a 03/04 with an 05/06 fan. The only thing is the 05/06 rad doesn't have the sensor on the left side like the 03/04 rad.

If you wanna use an 05/06 rad fan on an 03/04 rad it won't line up to the rad mounting points. But it's do-able. I know because i just did this. It's pretty borderline on the rad fan touching the rad, but it's all i had to work with at this time. Only the top left 05/06 fan mounted up and the bottom one i just cocked it over a little to use the fan bracket and a washer to mount. Other than that, if you use side fairings the 03/04 rad is solid as a rock. So i'm not worrried about the 3rd rad fan mount point i didn't use to cause any problems.

If you put a 05-06 radiator on a 03-04 bike will the stock fairings fit back on or is 05-06 radiator to wide for the 03-04 fairings to fit?

i don't think the 05 06 radiator bolts to the plastics like the 03 04 radiator does but it will fit between the plastics just won't bolt up to the plastics

They will fit perfectly. Your only worry is going to be bracing the radiator. The 05/06 radiators don't have fairing mount brackets like the 03/04 radiator. I used to run that set up and it sucked. Stick with an 03/04 radiator.

my boy trashed his 07 like a year ago and just put it back together with a ton of 06 parts. he has the radiator in it from the o6 it went in no problem he said but i dont know how easy it would be the other way around.

The 05-06 radiator does not bolt to the fairings. Ifabed a bracket to mount the bottom to the stock location above the oil filter. I put the 05 radiator on and double wrapped the headers and i run the idle at 4000-4200 and the temp stays at 193-195 so i would say so far the setup is good. Why would you say the setup sucked?
