if someone can hold a smoootthhhhh wheelie. BP they can stear for days, and help kills the streets / then YES

if they pow wow on a highways and brag they are a stunter NO.

i have a few buddies who kill the highways but have no intention on taking it to a parking lot or progressing. they just like the rides and straight wheelies on some streets.


so answer to your question depends on how good they wheelie

 

i think wheelies are just wheelies, stunts have names i.e high chair, spreader ect. mho

 

i think you can only do a wheelie, and wanna know if you're a stunter or not.
