You running a handbrake? Computer wont show your pics.
Seen a few buddies go down doing seat standers because of no braking ability. No one seriously hurt just a pain in the *** putting it back together over something that could have probably been prevented.

Re: seat stand wheelies

they are looking good so far, try doing them on an empty back road with no traffic. if you have a longer road you can slowly let the bike get taller, when you get close to balance you will feel the bike float. I see your knees are bent in the one pic, I like my arms and knees locked out more but as you progress with them you will bend your knees a bit and move your body off to the sides to keep balance and help you steer the bike.

Re: seat stand wheelies

for some reason I feel you are being a smart ***...... I like dirt bike bars on dirt bikes and quads, I cant get used to them on a sport bike personally. not for me..... but i do feel more control with wider bars.

I think what he meant by handbrake is are you running a second rear break lever on the clutch side. Seat standers you cant step on the rear break in case of emergency. Its not needed, but like Big Boze said could save you from damaging that bike.

hand brake kid.. it goes to the rear brake.. front has nothing to do with it. .. can you ride idle using the rear foot brake? if not you need more time. and alot more practice..

my buddy told me that if you get too high you can just pull the clutch in and the bike will come back down. do u think the clutch side brake would be better? idk if i could get used to having a brake on the left side thatd be weird.

Re: seat stand wheelies

Everyone is right, it's impossible to do seat stand wheelies without a handbrake
