636 dirt bar install question

if I decide to buy dirtbars(which i want to) can i just use the stock triple on my 05 636, or do I need to buy a new triple that will work and drill it, or can I just drill my stock triple and do it?

Re: 636 dirt bar install question

my buddie has an 05 636 and he was worried about that as well and he decided F-it and drilled the holes.... he put the risers on there with about 3-4 washers to offset the angles on the stock tree.....

he has no problems.... just go for it

Re: 636 dirt bar install question

you can mark where you want to put the holes and then have somebody tig weld up the angles so it will be flat! thats wut i did for my boys 03 but you could also just buy a badass hohey upper tripple and be done with it you can run either clip-ons or db bars or HELL run both if you got skillz

not trying to be a pain but do you have a pic of how you did it cause I thought of also doing this but i didnt know if it would have been rigid/sturdy enough to do through those holes.
