636 vs f4i

i dont like the search button. im gonna be in the market for one of these 2 bikes over the winter. if i find a nice r6 i might consider that too.

basically i love the 636. i know a few guys who have owned them for stunters and they seem to have alot of problems. so im starting to think the f4i may be better?

for any of you that have the patience to type some good or bad about these bikes for the 190448944955732th time in SL feel free .

and if it helps..ill be a newb in the lots. and it will be dropped alot. and i also wanna work on straigt line combos and kill the streets next yr

F4i loves the pain.

it also loves the bog but you won't notice that for a while.

Re: 636 vs f4i

i have a f4i....

i love the 636 tho...they look cool and are durable
the f4i part are becoming hard to find most say...but this is a very durable bike with alot of torque...f4i's are much cheaper and easier to find/fix

only reason parts are getting hard to find is sooo many stunters bought and used them all...

Re: 636 vs f4i

haha ive heard negative on the r6 before too.

any of you guys who own a 636 have any serious engine problems? and how durable are your frame/subframe for crashing?

it almost doesnt seem worth it for a starter. everyone knows the forks on the 03/04 are junk so if i got that yr id be scared to even ride with that front end. but around my area im seeing alot more 636's for sale than f4i's

i wanna spend 2-3k on a bike...i want a non stunted clean title bike that hasnt already been abused haha

I disagree.....He said he's a newb. if you don't have BP on lock, chances are you'll pop the motor learning. 636's are for AFTER you get the basics down, IMO. F4i's are great learner bikes....virtually bulletproof.
