Whats the deal with hai? Are they going out of business? I ordered a chain and front sprocket like 3 weeks ago.

 

did you call? they just moved. I just got my APE MCT from them last week and they were open.

 

most sprockets are specialty orders, they don't keep different sizes for different bikes in stock

I'm betting your waiting on the sprocket dealer

I just ordered a moose ez pull last week and got it last week. Took all of 3 days for me to get it.

call the shop they open 10am eastern 407-447-1176 they had some issues with the sprocket dealer being slow but just call its prob. in the mail already

 

it is cause they get that from the company i am waiting on a huge order but both sprockets i ordered are holding everything up cause they want to ship all at wonce......

 

exactly. That's what I was trying to get across. There is nothing wrong w/ their shipping. If it's in stock it goes out quickly. If it's not then they and you are at the mercy of the manufacturer.

 

hai has an ebay store, check that first then u know its in stock and they might get it to u faster cuz u can leave them feedback

 

not necessarily so. If you order a cage from their ebay store it may not be in stock. I ordered mine that way and it took exactly 3 weeks to get. Just b/c it's on Ebay doesn't mean they have it in stock. I don't think anyone should be selling stuff on Ebay that they don't have in posession but apparently it's not against the rules b/c it is done everyday.

Why? Because it's the one you need. They can't possibly know what everyone is gonna need. everytime i've gotten sprockets from them they've had to order it. they have a couple random sizes in stock but you can't blame them for not having the one you ordered.

 

HAI is legit as hell. I get all my parts from them and they ALWAYS ship my order on time and I always get it within the week.

On some items they gotta wait to receive them too. Don't fret man, they're cool guys.

 

There isnt anything wrong with HAI. They are an awesome shop. SI Backs them 100%. If it doesnt ship out the same or next day, Its out of stock and you are waiting on the manufacturer. Same with our cages. If you order Si products with them and you dont receive it right away, Its our fault, not theres. Please be patient. You can call them or email them with questions also. 407-447-1176. Thats the best way to get questions answered instead of posting on here and possibly hurting there reputation.

 

Ive spent alot of money with hai. LOTS. 2 summers 2 bikes.

 

I've never had a problem with HAI at all. Orders are always shipped on time and receive everything within a week as long as its not on back order. They will help you out with your order if it is on back order. They are all nice guys there. :YEAH

 

I'm waiting on some stuff too but they have gone the extra mile to make it right! HAI kicks ***!

 

HAI IS THE ****!!!!!!!! the only time i waited wsa for my risers for my dirtbars and it wasnt there fault they hooked me up with a bunch of free **** for making me wait so long!!!!!!! but there usually on top notch!!!!!! call up mark or joe, its usually joe thats on the phone cause hes usually on the space!!!!!!!!
