O.K here is the deal, was driving home from work yesterday and got hit by a car. Cops said that it's not my fault but want valid insurance wich i dont have. i have about a day or two to figure this out, any help would be appretiated

I'd go get that cheap *** monthy insurance... geico or something that doesn't require a long term plan. then you can blame not having insurance on them being slow...

Is it like a fix it ticket or something? If so, just use a friends insurance with the same bike as your's, they don't check. I've done it plenty of times. But if you need it for the accident, then hurry up and go get some cheap insurance

in cali it does, no insurance = automatically your fault.

 

Get a lawyer ASAP... I buddy of mine got into a wreck with no insurance (cars fault) .. Driver of the car paid for his medical bills and paid off his bike... He got off clean.. If the cop wrote down on the report that it was the cars fault, then you should be good

 

NY you get caught its jail time get caught with no insurance. Try to talk to the driver and do it without insurance this way you get some cash in your pocket, and when you get the letter from your insurance company, photoshop a new date in.

I think some companies can back date a policy, I dont know why they would allow it, but Ive heard it from several people.

yep , insurance is cheap, you could be getting paid good right now, but instead you wont get anything and will probably get a no insurance ticket

 

in colo you dont really get into trouble till the 3rd offence. but i know its different everywhere. if u get some insurance and show u are making an effort could mabe get off with a fine or mabe just a dont do it again
