Well Let me begin by saying i ordered a set of race rails last week. talked to his wife i believe she assured me they were done and ready to go because someone backed out of a purchase and they would ship last friday with no issues.. well needless to say they charge my card. (i know there is a long wait because they make them to order, i was told there was a set ready to go.) so monday comes around email them and i get nothing so i am starting to get a little heated. well i call on tuesday and end up getting her on the phone again this time i get a story about how they are at the powder coater blah blah blah i ask her why she lied to me and told me they were all done and ready to ship and told her i thought it was bs that she lied to me to make . a sale... i emailed them demanding a refund because of there non existant customer service. heres the very professional reply i recieved... and i was even told not to show anyone or legal action would be taken... i love the little disclosure at the bottom of the email. im shaking in my ******* boots powers i really am. and it would have not been a problem if your wife was not full of **** and lied to me just to make a buck... sounds like you guys are good at that...

You ordered on the 23rd of Sept, it's now the 1st. You have some real issues that you need to see someone about......
I do understand that flipping hamburgers doesn't pay very well and your worried about money.
So today I will be refunding your money in full, the race railz are back @ are shop and you will not be getting them.
If you decide to slander me, my wife are my company on any forum, I will be watching and going through all of them today to see if you have already posted

Powers will spare no expense in coming after you (legally) I will make an example of you.....

Powers have been **** since the very start in 2002or3. Waited forever for my 900rr cage and it cracked within a week of putting it on.

If they cant afford to have this stuff made and ready to ship to customers, CLEARLY they could never afford to take legal actions against an unhappy customer. Being lied to is standard practice in business........ Its not that she was lying to you to get a sale..., most of the time a business will lie to pacify a customer. Its just a way to buy some time.

I have heard people waiting 3+ months to receive their order from them, for that reason alone I would never buy a product from them! In 3 months you can barrow a welder, learn to weld and make your own in less time and for a fraction of the cost LOL! Every extra day you wait for your stunt parts feels like a year!

 

fadedd, man don't u do ur research before ordering ****??? it's all over every ******* forum. they DON'T DELIVER... literally. some people never get their ****. did u really get ur money back yet? if so, i'm kinda surprised cuz of some **** i've read on here about the countless people getting ripped off.

 

dont let anyone fool you with the powder coating BS story, gloss black is the most commonly sprayed powder, everyone wants it, a set of rails or cage can be coated in about 2 hours and there is no reason that a coater cant toss in a couple extra parts in his daily batch of gloss black. I have days where thats all I spray is gloss black.... It gets depressing! LOL

 

powers is one of the worst companies ive delt with. orderd a cage never got it and when i called they said it was shipped, called shipping company and they said there was no record of it ever being shipped. had to call my credit card company and they had to file a suit against them to get the money back. No more Powers they suck as a company and should start selling lemonade on the street corner to passing cars.

Matt don't **** around though and I highly doubt Katie lied to you to make a buck. Good ******* god. Maybe look at it for what it is. All their products are over built and take time to make. The powdercoaters place is like 45mins from powers,and they ship to the whole wide ******* globe and only like 8 people work there. **** takes time,the shipping dept though could use a lil help but really it has gotten ALOT better.

Matt stands by his products 150 ******* %,and will side with the customer on any LEGIT claim. Say what the **** you want to about him but truth be told he's a cool ************ and Im proud to call him my friend.

I mean after all lets not forget who invented race railz in the ******* 1st place. For those that don't know it sure as **** wasn't Si. It was non other than Matt Powers.

 

You must recieve financial or product support from him because not one paying customer would give a review like that.

i liked the product for the most part, but when my cage got all bent to ****, his wife was like "did it save your motor? Then it did its job"
i didnt spend 300+ to protect my **** from one fall ya dumb bitch, and it was in the lot too, not even fast, someone drop the nut swinger picture lol
