Well Let me begin by saying i ordered a set of race rails last week. talked to his wife i believe she assured me they were done and ready to go because someone backed out of a purchase and they would ship last friday with no issues.. well needless to say they charge my card. (i know there is a long wait because they make them to order, i was told there was a set ready to go.) so monday comes around email them and i get nothing so i am starting to get a little heated. well i call on tuesday and end up getting her on the phone again this time i get a story about how they are at the powder coater blah blah blah i ask her why she lied to me and told me they were all done and ready to ship and told her i thought it was bs that she lied to me to make . a sale... i emailed them demanding a refund because of there non existant customer service. heres the very professional reply i recieved... and i was even told not to show anyone or legal action would be taken... i love the little disclosure at the bottom of the email. im shaking in my ******* boots powers i really am. and it would have not been a problem if your wife was not full of **** and lied to me just to make a buck... sounds like you guys are good at that...
Is this the "Kid" (punk) that likes to make girls cry?? Does it make you feel tough to make girls cry?
You ordered on the 23rd of Sept, it's now the 1st. You have some real issues that you need to see someone about......
I do understand that flipping hamburgers doesn't pay very well and your worried about money.
So today I will be refunding your money in full, the race railz are back @ are shop and you will not be getting them.
If you decide to slander me, my wife are my company on any forum, I will be watching and going through all of them today to see if you have already posted
Powers will spare no expense in coming after you (legally) I will make an example of you.....

one of my buddies bought an F4i that had a Powers cage on it, the cage was practically new, only have a couple scratches on it and not only was the cage bent to ****, it dented the hell out of the frame at the mounting points. Couple more crashes and it would have punched through or cracked the frame.

i ordered a sub cage and it took almost 3 months to get really wtf i called and called and no answer then they send me the wrong **** now people r starting to not do buisness cause of their bullshit

Please do feel free to contact your lawyer and have him get ahold of me you do have my contact information. but as you have said i do "flip burgers" for a living so i dont see you getting much out of me hahahahahahahahaha. i just got a bonus at mcdonads this year so if you want to be all big and bad let me know i will pay for your flight out here to california and we can have a little meeting hey im feeling nice i will even pay for your flight home. so if you would like me to arrange a flight for you out to california so you can talk to me personaly let me know hell im feeling very generous i will even pay for your wifes ticket too so we can all sit down and have a meeting. let me know

**** i will even have a limo pick you up at the airport... see mcdonalds has its perks........ oh and for the nut swinger that called me a tool if someone was telling the harsh truth about one of my friends i would prolly stick up for him too so no hard feelings hahaha
