i am putting this out on stuntlife to see if there might be a market for these.so let me know if you would be interested in a set,is it a good idea or bad idea or what.
i wanted to go to a DB setup on the f4i,but that upper is to thin.so a few measurements and some g talk later i got these.

Just use large washers.
Re: guess what i made on the CNC today
I see what u were going for and it's great for a custom setup but most folks, as u can see, will just opt to put a couple of big ole washers in there and call it a day.
Re: guess what i made on the CNC today
if youve ever ridden clip ons flipped and pushed out it is very comfortable and doesnt make ur bike look like a clown bike. if the stock height of the clip ons isnt high enough for some reason then you can get a hohey tripple or the new fullthrottle fork risers.
Re: guess what i made on the CNC today
i dont really have a prefrence... i had the scary gart db bars on my 636 and they just felt like a higher clip on...
now on my r6 i just went with some gilles tooling 0 degree clip-ons put on top of my tripple clamp and they feel 99.9% the same
