Driven make kick *** products:YEAH .......I would say they are not "straight" carbon fiber though or I would agree with the comment above

Re: Carbon Fiber MX Bars
All I know is that they have tested these bars for a few months now and they held up better then the aluminum in all situations.
Re: Carbon Fiber MX Bars
I dont trust Carbonfiber what so ever.. Its strong to a point then just snaps. I was hooked up with a set of spin mags for a christmas classic BMX race when I was 15. was getting a little roughed up and landed crossed up on a big tall double. and that bitch just shattered taking me out of the race. I have carbon on my stuntbike but nothing load baring. no way.. but if these are the real deal it would be cool to hear what it can handle.
Re: Carbon Fiber MX Bars
when you crash metal bars bend and you can see them getting weaker
what do carbon fiber bars do... snap? so its all good then suddenly snap? what if you are going to endo and snap...
In motogp they used to run carbon fiber brakes and disc and whatever else. and now Im pritty sure they dont run them anymore, because they shattered on a racer.

Re: Carbon Fiber MX Bars
I wouldn't trust them. I mean a $1M Ferrari Enzo split in half because of the carbon frame. I'm sure these would crack if they hit the ground at the right angle. I'm not saying anything about their quality, which I'm sure is great.
I would stick with aluminum. There have been plenty of times I went riding dirtbikes with friends, and within a few minutes of riding, someone fell and bent their bars. They were still able to ride and have fun all day. If the bars broke, then it would have been time to pack it in.

Re: Carbon Fiber MX Bars
Well I got the secret haha. They have an aluminum insert and are covered with Carbon Fiber. This is why they are 10x stronger and hold up much better then the Aluminum bars all around.
