The question is, where are YOU at? :D Its not 4 piston but probably the best handbrake you will get. Team it up with the Magura and you will be stopping on a dime man

Do they make a dual caliper setup for a z1000? I can't find one on the site.

I will check on that for you but I think that the 03-04 636 brackets will work on the Z1000 I'll check with my local Yama dealer and post later

We haven’t yet started drawing up a 4-piston for that bike but once we complete a few projects already in work we will start considering other bikes to make a 4 piston application

I'm almost sure they do too. Seems like I've seen/heard that before somewhere. Thanks

I was thinking about this setup for my 04 r6 too.

Just a thought, Have you looked at using the Yamaha front caliper on the r6 dual setup?

I havent tried to stick it on there yet but the mounts on the yami front caliper (98 - 03 r1 & 99-up R6 "S" ) are pretty close if not the same as the mounts on the rear caliper. Alot different than the other Nissin calipers.

Wouldn't that be awesome if it fits the one you already make

If that work it would be great!

But I don´t think it will, both the bolts holding the front caliper is threaded, not like the rear caliper, but maybe if just drilling a bigger hole

Re: Hohey Where You At!!!!

The z1000 and 636 share the same brake caliper bracket. Part numbers are the same.
