im pretty sure your not gettin this. the record were discussing is The unofficial starboyz stuntfest 1/4 mile drag strip record, which is now 140mph set my DAN JACKSON.

 

How could I "not be getting it" when no one ever said **** about that?

 

you also need to factor in the part that its done in a 1/4 mile start to finish. ive done faster wheelies on the gixxer out on open roads, im sure everyone else has too. i think the world record fastest wheelie is like 220MPH or something like that.

 

i just figured since graham has 3 threads about stuntfest posted and fastest wheely has been one of the events for years at stuntfest, one would assume were talkin about that.

 

so how does this work? did he leave the trees on the lights and rip it up at high speed? rip it up from the light all the way to the end? how?

I did a show at a drag strip a while back that I did dead stop from the lights pick up the front end 1st through 6th gear on the f4I and rolled 13.89 at 98 or 99mph and some change, could've broke 100 if I powered 5th a little longer

 

rules....start at burnout box..wheelie has to be up before starting line and must hold wheelie up through entire 1/4 mile...done!

Congrats dan 140 is sick in 1/4. Its hard to keep the wheel off the ground, stay straight in wind and try to get going as fast as you can all in that 1/4 mile.

 

D-man had a 160+ wheelie that was recorded on the x-country disk back in the day.

 

thats just a typical stunt show for him!
