i just went to www.helusa.com to order sum break lines and they just went outta business WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
they make the best damn lines you can buy, thats all i run on my bikes! i love the crimped on banjos

We have been put out of business by **************** in the UK. Their failure to keep accurate books and their inability to do business in an honest and legitimate manner has caused the complete bankruptcy of HEL in the USA.



I do not feel as bad for us here @ Hel in the USA as I do for the customers and the relationships built based on complete trust and honesty. I have always tried to stay on the level with ALL. As far as the supplier (*** UK) it appears that I am the only one who was.



To my customers.......I sincerely apologize.



Addendum;

My attorneys have advised that due to international laws we are basically SOL, but we have changed the names above simply for moralities sake. Even though we have been completely taken advantage of, we still cannot play like that.

they get the actual lines and fittings from hel uk ..well they did any way

 

i had a problem with HEL USA when i tried ordering some lines a few months back, if u remember. no one answered my emails or phone calls and i told them i wanted to order lines. I don't know if they were having problems with UK at that time but at least a response would have been nice on HEL USA's part.

if possible, they should make their own **** to avoid these kinds of problems.

Hi guys in USA. I came across your forum regarding Hel performance brake lines. Acording to HEL USA they are out of business. They are unfortunately being a bit economical with the truth. I use Hel lines on all my hand built trikes and am in no doubt that they are the best in the world. I understand there are now more outlets in the USA making these lines, so have a hunt around, the hunt will be worth it.
Now concerning the message on Hel USA's web site.
Someone offers you the oportunity to sell the best brake lines in the world and they offer you, in the package, a market which extends to approx 360 million people and you blame someone else for your own lack of business accumen, make up your own mind. I know the team at Hel performance UK and a more generous and caring bunch of people you will not often meet.

Fella's EBAY, mad international sellers are listing HEL lines from UK for sale. Possibly because of this USA shut down? They run signifigantly cheaper than they did here. I've seen them for for $50 USD Brand new from international sellers.
