Re: line-x tank dent??????

line ex is the name of the company. so havening it "line-exd" would mean he is having that company spay that stuff on the tank. there are a ton of companies that do it "line ex, rhino linnig...". and i think its a good idea, it lasts forever and isnt slippery. your pants will grip wicked good but they wont rip!! but i dont think its neccesary to prime it if your going to put this on? good luck let me know how it turns out

Re: line-x tank dent??????

My friends whole gixxer is sprayed with line ex, its kind of slick thow, so u can slide stuff into the bed of ur truck easy. But if u could find what the factory sprayed the bed of my nissan with, that **** has way more grip than line ex or rino ling.

Re: line-x tank dent??????

I can only do lame-*** danglers... but the material is definitely really grippy. I did the dent, had a pro spray the line-x.

Had Line-x of Boulder (Colorado) do it.

Sprayed the tank , and did a full 360 degree wrap so that they never peel on the front fender, tail, lower L/R, mid L/R

Charged me 160 bucks.

=)

I tried all sorts of **** to get mine to stay, nothing worked, seems like the only thing you can do is prep the tank real good before applying
