I ts limited for me I dont like ridinn in tha rain at all and I wont ride in the snow and Ice I see a bunch of Harly Dudes Ridin pretty much all year so let me re Phrase. "To me we have a limited ridin season". I dont do the 20 and 30 degree days

And to whoever drug up this old thread WOW!, that's kinda crazy that I never seen it. we don't have to worry about the heat that much anymore!!!

I was the one shooting with EZ the 111 degree day, and I'm always, I mean ALWAYS riding ALONE early in the day cuz I fell fresher than later on when it's hot and miserable or I've had all day to marinate myself......

getting up early as **** on a sunday and riding by yourself out in the middle of nowhere is great times. i progress alot that way too. gotta eat a big breakfast though and wakenbake.

 

Weekends I could hit the spot early, and have around 6AM, but during the week I have no spot til after 6-7 PM.

 

Im from Kansas City Missouri. Im learning to stunt... I have been reading this form for a while and just joined the other day. I need help too. I can wheelie but only for a short distance and not all that steady with it just yet. My bike has a ton of power and I am afraid if I give it toomuch gas It will come over on me. I usualy practice on Vine street just down the road from 18th and Vine where there is not much traffic. I work nights and I get off at 6am and I ride every day. I usually practice for about two or three hours every morning durring the week and every chance I get on the weekends. I wish this rain would let up so I could get out now. I know a few girls that live in Olathe and I come out there to go to Smithers. The guy that runs smithers is the first person to give me some solid advice on stuntin. I cant think of his name right off. There was another dude out there the last time I went out there that drove a bad *** Vette that I talked too. Really cool people. I couldent find Smithers at first so I asked his dude at quick trip and he told me how to gt there. My name is Howard. Im with you when u say bein refreshed early in the day since Im up all night Im not completley lucid and feel better about raising the rpms when i have had some sleep.

 

not exactly what I meant about "help", but sounds like you got a good start. Steve is his name... Steve Smithers. Pretty much everyone in KC is cool. I personally like to see new people gettin into it locally. It only means that it will keep growing and be a sustainable long-term hobby/sport....

I mainly just hate riding alone! If I want to try new **** or pushing my limit extra hard like I need to. I would like to make sure I won't be laying there until the bums clean my pockets and someone jacks my bike. That kinda help........ spotting eachother.

& in my experience so far,(which isn't alot) there becomes a point where you just gotta do the damn thang. Advice from pro's is always welcome and good and all of that, but when it gets down to it, nobody can tell you enough, you just gotta nut up and try it.

Eh I used to do that but it got old really fast.... I'll just deal with the heat than have to wake up that early..

 

same here but i also dont have a place that the cops wouldnt come to if i were ridin the lot at 6am hahahaha so either way im fucked

 

over here it is hot 24hr so i just ride at night when people are out and the spots are open
