i actully bent a rotor when i was trying to undent my rim. i put it on the bike without the calipers on found where the bend was and took a hammer and TAPED it strait. i riged something up with the end of a zipty that ran a milimeter off from the rotor and keep taping it until it looked strait. they are not perfect and never will be but they are ridable they vibrate with hard braking. i still endo fine though. you can try that

I would just buck up and get a new one. I know that .003" is the tolerance of most cars for run-out. I'm not too sure about bikes, but I don't think you will be able to get that precise with a hammer.

EDIT: I just looked at my service manual, and the tolerance for the '05-'06 636 is .006" with a limit of .010". I would get a new one...

Bent rotors are bad, and dangerous. If you can't find a professional to fix it, send that **** back and beat the guy for selling you bad merchandise.

yea i know they are cheap on ebay, thats where i got these. I guess ill just send them to that website. Just spoke to them and for $20 plus shipping to get them straight is worth it. The only thing is it will take a minute to send and then get it back
