been doing some research for the new scooter (04 636) and im certain i want a TS cage ...
someone care to tell me the difference between the:
street cages....
and the
stunt cages ....
i noticed the crossbar, but besides that?? warranty??
also it seems that many people use the Apex Predator. wouldnt the CJ-3 offer more overall rigidity??
i did multiple searches, but couldnt find the answers i was looking for.

This is directly from an email from Tygershark:
the street cage is designed for someone who wants some protection in
the event of an occasional drop.. most buyers of our street cage put
them on a bike they use for commuting or an occasional track day.. the
street cages will not stand up to repeated drops.. as a result they
have a workmanship warranty only..
if this is what you plan so do with your bike then the street cage is
perfect..
if you stunt not so perfect!!
our street cages ARE NOT hollow tubing..they are cold rolled solid
steel bars, just like our stunt cages.. the bars are just smaller
diameter and the cannister and slider set is smaller..

street cage does not have lifetime warranty like the stunt cage has.. also the stunt cage stick out further.. plus exactly what nate said haha.. get the tygershark stunt cage, u will be set man

i never ran the CJ-3 but my rdin buddy did and i had the apex cage.....
we both definitely dropped our bikes on a regular basis(every ten minutes or so lol)
we never really saw a difference my bars never bent in or anything. just really scraped up HA!
but ill attest to the apex cage being completely killer!
