I def think the cop crossed the line of excessive force in this case. Cops are trained to know what the physical limits of the body are to assist in restraining someone, and he knew damn well at what point he would start inflicting damage... but as fiddys said, both parties could have approached the situation differently

be a good example for your children and except responsabilty for what you did go to court talk to the prosecuter and tell him you wont sue/press charges if they drop the charges

Seeing as most lawyers will get payed on a % of winnings basis he hopes she'll get $70 mil but more than likely it will be a couple hundred thou at most which sounds damn good to me.

if this is going to court and ****... shouldnt u bee keeping quite and not discuss the events and particulars of the case? If i was going through a situation like this, i woudlnt be making it public on teh NETS. If the right ppl are reading it, this might cause maybe more issues, just saying.

If you were Whooped by a big *** cop you'd be crying to a lawyer right now demanding money. Stop acting like a stuck up guy who's never done anything wrong. I know you've been drunk and done stupid ****, so stop hanging on that cops nuts. Just because she might win some money the city of where ever the hell she's from won't go broke.

thats if it even goes to court...most likely **** will get dropped and will be settled out, like medical bills and maybe a lil change for her pocket...not much more. unless she can come up with the film from his cruiser showin her not really bein much of a nusense (sp?) and not fighting back she will get dick cause its gonna be his word against hers. yeah she is lil, but if you got somebody flailin around and screamin their head's off then alot of that "I got beat down" story gets thrown out the window.
