so finally got on a 636 for the first time today at the lot. this kid rolled up with his stunted out 636 and got to ride it and OMG. bike ******* rocked!! soo smooth. I fell in love instantly after the first wheelie. I didn't want to stop riding it. after coming from a f4i then a gsxr wow

so any one want to trade a 05 gsxr 600 fully setup for a 636????

theyre both great. 03/04 is prob a bit more durable. 05/06 comes with a better suspension and a bit smoother power delivery. the ergonomics are different and u would just have to get on em to decide which you liked better.
