hey all-got a 2004 R6 fully stunted.... Had the same bike stunted but an 03 and ran into a HUGE problem with the Pro Taper bars with Risers-it was awesome doing wheelies and stoppies with it bc the control was unbelievable-heres my problem: I HAD TO BUMP START THE DAMN THING EVERY TIME BC MY CLUTCH CABLE KEPT BREAKING BC I HAD IT LENGTHENED. WHERE THE HELL CAN I GET A LONGER CABLE???? NOBODY COULD ANSWER ME THAT DAMN QUESTION WHEN I ASKED AROUND. I don't think its possible to use the stock one? when u turn the bars the fork tubes wont turn so HELP ME!!! lemme know where to go or what to do. thanks

 

call up motion pro, they can make you one a few inches longer.

easy dirt bar instalation....

take your top tripple off....

then go to your local yamaha dealer... purchase a yzf450.... now you have dirt bars.

 

thanks-ive ridden with both and have been riding and definetly love DB bars on my stunter Vs. Clip-ons. More upright-stable and better for endos-also easier to grab the hand brake and not an inner fairing. (more room) i'll try motion pro...to ThunderRacedan-that doesn't really help me man-i don't think it says in an Ebay auction "hey this clutch cable is 1"o 2"longer than a stock clutch cable...so i'll call motion pro-thanks yall

 

My 900 I just ordered one for a honda with dirtbike style bars like a 919. What's yamaha's fz1 or fz6 or some **** like that? Either way motion pro is WAY better.
