FMF Racing Joins Forces with XDL Sportbike Freestyle Championship
Santa Monica, CA (July 8, 2008) — The XDL Sportbike Freestyle Championship is proud to announce a partnership with FMF Racing for the 2008 season. The partnership provides several levels of brand integration for FMF Racing’s new APEX Sport Bike line at XDL events, in marketing collateral, on the web site and in video content. It also gives FMF Racing category exclusivity and the status of "Official Exhaust of XDL."
XDL series founder Randy Grube had this to say about the partnership: "Being able to bring FMF Racing on board is probably one of my proudest moments since I started XDL. I live in Southern California, and here, the FMF logo is ubiquitous and FMF represents a cutting edge culture. What other brand has the power to kick the Ford blue oval off thousands of pick up trucks? People all across the country wear the FMF logo with pride because it represents a long history, top product, as well as a lifestyle and culture. Now that we have a formal relationship with FMF I feel like XDL has been accepted into the core motorcycle culture. At the same time, the core motorcycle culture is realizing the enormous growth potential of the market represented by XDL, as well as our professionalism. It is a two-way street and we're all better off through this partnership."
With a long history of manufacturing top product and supporting the sport of motorcycling, the FMF-XDL relationship creates a platform on which to showcase the new line of FMF Apex and Powercore GP exhaust systems. Remarked Donnie Emler: "FMF Racing is very excited about our relation ship with XDL. This is a series that attracts the best stunt riders in the world and a perfect place for us to launch our new state of the art APEX road line. FMF is also looking forward to promoting some of our top action sports athletes such as Tony Levesque, Ryan Suchanek, and current XDL point’s leader Nick “Apex” Brocha. FMF prides itself with partnering with the best events and series and this is set to be a great relationship."
Don Emler started FMF Racing out of his garage in 1973. Over 35 years later and Don Emler is still working on the next big thing in his 90,000 sq ft garage. FMF Racing produces everything 100% in house using premium American made materials.
