f4i rear shock

can you add preload to the spring? how? Im trying to crank on what looks like an adjuster with the shock wrench for my R1 but it doesnt seem like it wants to go.

there are 7 setting i think on the f4 i and it is a bitch to turn , the worst part is there isn't a stop so if you go one click too far you have to start over but it sounds like you are in the right area
