Well I really only have time for that kinda stuff in the winter, Id rather be ridng and he doesnt want his bike apart for a week to build it. I dont really feel like making one and Id much rather just be able to buy something, but as far as we know there isnt anything out there. He ******* needs one though cause that **** is weak as ****, his bends up instantly and cracks if he smacks the round bar too hard...For now just to get by we might brace one up with some plate...

Re: 05 636 Subframe (pics, reinforced, info, suggestions)
I blew one subframe and then modified to protect the second one. I know that not alot of credit is given to opinions of sponsored riders, but I asked Racing905 to make my current set up.
The 905 12bar has a plate over the top of the 12 bar toward the front of the bike. This plate bolts through both subframe tubes transferring the hit to the solid square tubing rather than the cast rear piece.
Now combine their subcage with a bar that runs from the subcage to the 12 bar mounts and you have triangulated some strength for your subframe at the back where you hit it. I run this set up with no exhaust, but I believe it would not be in the way if you run aftermarket exhaust. the stock big can might be in the way?
anyway, here are some pics (i could not find many pics with the pegs on) of my setup:

+1 Id be making something that looks stock, just like my 03/04 billet subframe...With integrated solid Titanium round bar
Id need a trashed subframe to chizzle apart to scan the square tube sections, so that I can get the geometry to cut those out of solid on the water jet....
