I had a hv30 sitting next to my camera all weekend

 

You undoubtedly just exported with different compression settings.

 

The only editing ive really done is with jvc HD cam. Magix movie maker software is decent, thats what I used to make that little clip of you Kyle and Tony w/ the night footage. I made a sweet clip of o-dawg with the magix.

Well if I try to make a dvd, I will spend some time in Final Cut Pro, but for the internet clips that we are talking about, I think iMovie has enough options to make it not boring and I know the program pretty well, so I can get a clip together faster...maybe I'll burn the midnight oil again and finish tonight!

ya but those clips were so dark cause it was dark... so i couldnt tell what was goin on

ill check it out and see what the setting is... what do you reccomend for a setting so i get the best quality on youtube?

 

I cant remember off the top of my head and can check when I get home, but i export at "cd" quality (a step above what is recommended for internet/youtube) and it makes the quality almost twice as good
