01 F4 ! over heating problem

01 F4 ! over heating problem

im just had my motor rebuilt, had the problem before then but now when im going down the road im at 195 to 210 and as soon as i hit traffic i bump upto 235 /240 and if im at a light for to long it will over heat, i have had small holes that have been filled with jb weld so there is no leak, any body have this problem

water pump or thermostat.... check your rad make sure its full... also run engine ice or 40 below with distilled water... helps alot...
