db bar conversion

hey, i started stunting a drz 125L supermoto 6 months ago, but am getting a 600 soon, i wanted to convert to db bars, b/c i like the leverage when doing 180 endos. how do u convert a 600 to db bars??

Welcome to stuntlife. you need to buy the bars, risers, longer brake lines and grips. You also have to drill four holes in your top triple for the riser to bolt to. Use the search tool or the help and how to forum there are endless threads on bike/stunt mods.

I just drilled 2 3/8 hole and filled in the underneath with aluminum and
bolted it right up...

It's a shitty pic but I took a chunk of alum. material and grinded it
to fit in the section underneath and welded it in there then 3 stages
of drilling 1/4 first, then 5/16, to 3/8.

yup pretty much except I was able to use my stock brake lines on my F4 (although upgrading to ss is never a bad idea I didnt have to), and with my risers I only needed to drill 2 holes one for each riser.
I used the tag 1 1/8" risers

And the Pro Taper taperwall Carmichael bend bars. these bars are strong as **** and IMO have the perfect bend. Bars are 100xs stronger than aftermarket clipons.
