Good thing you opened the dispute already because if you give the seller enough time to spend the money you sent you wont get **** back through paypal. The only time you'll get your money back is if the seller still has funds in his/her account. I learned this the hard way. On the business level 1-2 days for a response is plenty enough.

 

Well if he had to cash out on $45.00 hes definitely a worthless piece of ****. I just escalated the claim today. I've been nice, now he can suck my *****....
