thanks bro. and as far as hitting balancepoint, just get comfy with the rear brake and trust that if you get too high its gonna get you back down.

Just trying to Rock ou tBP in 2nd...
Tried 1st, to Twitchy..

Been clutching them up and trying to Adjust on BP...
Can make like a Solid 2-3 adjustments to hold it up,
But get nervous! Need more practice!

I Know, its all throttle control and Balance!

really though, do yourself a favor and refrain from making comments directed at me.

 

just rock your normal 2nd gear staggered wheelie, then slightly put pressure on your rear brake and you'll feel it slowing your *** down, so just keep your foot on it and play with the throttle a tiny bit with your foot still on the brake... thats how i got a feel for it anyway.. (still never looped:YEAH)......well on the big bike anyway.. that damn fiddy has been my gainer bitch

 

IMO learn in 1st gear

that way even if your ON REV LIMITER, the max your going down at is 70 (which even then, 70 is REALLY FAST to eat ****)

in 2nd though, you wont ever be below 30, hell rarely below 50..




Also when learning, don't keep riding the wheelie to rev limiter! If you can't find balance point by about 30mph, give it up and start over!

are you geared up at all? i know that you can learn on a stock sprocket and all, im just curious...

just try clutchin the bike up from basically a dead stop. you will learn bike control and find balance point if you stay dedicated and keep trying... think about it, then you got the hardest part out of the way lol

WORD on the rev limiter comment... my buddy kept trying to push every wheelie he attempted when we were rockin the highway.. eventually he ended up ******* up his motor from the torture at 15 GRAND every wheelie! toasted that bitch before its time for sure... mine still works

i just learned the brake in 2nd because i rode street for awhile until i hit the lot, then first gear came pretty easy.

 

Im -1 in the front, thinking about going up 1 or 2 in the rear...
I've tried 1st yesturday and i got a better feel for it, Noticed I dont have to be going as fats as i thought to get it up if i bounce it alittle
before clutching...I should probly put up a vid sometime soon for some better advice! I'll have to work on a small clip...

try it from almost a dead stop in 1st gear, clutch it up and just let the bike come up to your body. if feel like its already dropping after you hit the brake, set it down. stop the bike, then try it again.

practice practice practice, then when you think you got it, practice some more. cause the next time you ride you will have to get back up to that point.

 

well then thats all u should say, u fuked up! not all the extra bs, besides who tries to pull the bike back past balance point then stomp down on the brake? there should have been brake input the whole time while you were pulling it back. and 3rd gear 90mph gaaaaaaaaaaaad damn! what were you trying to slow down to 70mph?
