Do you use steering dampers?
Re: Do you use steering dampers?
i turn up my damper a little when doing switch back stuff a when standing on top of the bike or jumping off the back of the bike and some times i like a little damper when doing rolling burn outs
Re: Do you use steering dampers?
thats how GPR started, as a dirtbike stabilizer company.. then they expanded into street.

I just put one on my 08 Kx450 and wow what a differance. that bike gets waaay head wobbly at high speeds, but now with the damper i feel 100% safer on it. i think it helps a lot with slower technical trail rides too, way more confidence in the bike.

I dont really like any rod style so first choice would be scotts and then maybe a gpr.

I never put one on my R1..... I just always remembered to pump the front brakes back up after a nasty slapper..... that bike never got any slappers when I had a bald tire on the front. Thats how I roll!
